Working Principle
The HK-15 Horizontal Secondary Column Concrete Pump is an electric-motor driven hydraulic concrete trailer pump. The hydraulic system drives the concrete cylinder pistons back and forth and continuously pushes concrete through the delivery pipe to the pouring point. Theoretical output 7 m³/h, max. pumping pressure 10 MPa, theoretical delivery distance 80 m, theoretical delivery height 10 – 30 m. It pumps concrete with aggregate size ≤ 20 mm; delivery pipe diameter φ80, cylinder bore × stroke Ø120 × 420 mm. Overall size 1700 × 700 × 1100 mm, weight 550 kg.
