Working Principle
The HK-40 Concrete Trailer Pump is an electric-motor driven hydraulic concrete trailer pump. The hydraulic system drives the concrete cylinder pistons back and forth and continuously pushes concrete through the delivery pipe to the pouring point. Theoretical output 30 – 40 m³/h, max. pumping pressure 13 MPa, theoretical delivery distance 120 m, theoretical delivery height 300 m. It pumps concrete with aggregate size ≤ 30 mm; delivery pipe diameter φ100, cylinder bore × stroke Ø160 × 1000 mm. Overall size 4000 × 1500 × 1550 mm, weight 4200 kg.
