Working Principle
The HK-20 Concrete Trailer Pump is an electric-motor driven hydraulic concrete trailer pump. The hydraulic system drives the concrete cylinder pistons back and forth and continuously pushes concrete through the delivery pipe to the pouring point. Theoretical output 20 m³/h, max. pumping pressure 12 MPa, theoretical delivery distance 30 – 50 m, theoretical delivery height 100 m. It pumps concrete with aggregate size ≤ 20 mm; delivery pipe diameter φ80 (φ76), cylinder bore × stroke Ø140 × 600 mm. Overall size 1550 × 1200 × 1400 mm, weight 1300 kg.
