Working Principle
The HK-60 Diesel Concrete Trailer Pump is an electric-motor driven hydraulic concrete trailer pump. The hydraulic system drives the concrete cylinder pistons back and forth and continuously pushes concrete through the delivery pipe to the pouring point. Theoretical output 50 – 60 m³/h, max. pumping pressure 11 MPa, theoretical delivery distance 200 – 300 m, theoretical delivery height 60 – 80 m. It pumps concrete with aggregate size ≤ 40 mm; delivery pipe diameter φ125 (φ100), cylinder bore × stroke Ø200 × 1000 mm. Overall size 4800 × 1500 × 1800 mm, weight 3600 kg.
