Working Principle
The Thread Rolling Machine Model 150 is a hydraulic thread rolling machine that forms external threads by cold rolling: the rollers press against the workpiece and the metal flows plastically into the thread profile. Rolling diameter 3 – 50 mm, thread range 0.5 – 5 mm, maximum rolling pressure 180 kN. Main motor 7.5 kW, hydraulic power 3 kW, cooling pump 125 W. Roller bore 54 mm, roller diameter 120 – 170 mm, max. roller thickness 130 mm; spindle tilt angle ±10° and unlimited working length.
